I'm Aaryan Bairagi — a software engineer from Pune building full-stack applications and applied ML products. I optimize for correctness first, scale second, and interfaces that get out of the way.
Taking an idea from scratch and turning it into something people can actually use is what drives most of what I do — I build for real-world implementation, not a demo that only works on my machine.

My work spans three areas — Backend & Full-Stack Engineering, Applied AI/ML, and IoT & Edge Systems — and most of what I build sits at the intersection of at least two. Same principles, different surface area, whether that's complex backend infrastructure, AI-powered applications, or production deployment. I try to default to boring, well-understood architecture and spend the interesting effort on the part of the system that actually needs it.
Outside of code — I sketch portraits, think too much about philosophy, lift weights, and follow geopolitics and space science with probably more investment than is reasonable.

Software Engineering Intern
IBN Technologies Limited · Remote, Pune
- Designed and shipped a multi-stage AI video pipeline (QuickVid AI) that turns JSON prompts into fully rendered videos — script generation, scene-wise asset creation, captioning, and final composition via Remotion.
- Integrated four external AI services (AssemblyAI, Google Cloud TTS, Firebase) behind a custom async orchestration layer with fault-tolerant failure handling, so the pipeline keeps working through partial service outages.
- Built a Stripe subscription and credit-billing system with webhook-driven event handling for real-time access control — automating upgrades, downgrades, and credit top-ups.
